TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY “SOLUTION THERMO” OFFERS:

REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

As a Solution Thermo customer, you benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty of 10 years on clear and energy-efficient glass, and 5 years on laminated glass and specialty (tympanum) glass, starting from the date of manufacture, in the event of humidity forming between the internal surfaces of the panel, caused by a failure in the seal (not due to breakage of the glass). Glass breakage, including thermal fractures or others, is not covered. The manufacturer’s warranty is limited to providing a new panel in exchange for the defective one, while installation is subject to the Labor Warranty conditions offered by Solution Thermo. Coatings or films applied after installation will void the warranty.

DOOR WINDOW WARRANTY

The manufacturer’s 10-year warranty applies to the door glass unit, while the frame trims are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, material defects, or significant discoloration, with the exception of black PVC trims.

CAULKING WARRANTY

Solution Thermo offers the manufacturer’s 10-year warranty on the silicone used, under normal usage conditions. Painting silicone may void the warranty.

Note: Paintable hybrid sealants may be painted without affecting the warranty.

HARDWARE & WEATHERSTRIPPING WARRANTY

Window hardware and weatherstripping parts will be replaced under warranty for one year in the event of a defect in the installed part.

LABOR WARRANTY

Solution Thermo matches the manufacturers’ warranties by offering a highly advantageous labor warranty, providing free installation throughout the warranty period of the defective product under normal usage for services such as sealed unit replacement, caulking, and door insert installation.

Labor for hardware parts is included during the first year from the date of installation.
